What is refundable?
- 1) Orders within 10 days of receiving
- 2) Order that have been unused, boxed, and in its original packaging
- 3) Please note, returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee if the product packaging is damaged

What is not refundable
- The following items cannot be returned:

- 2) Free items (Giveaways)
- The following refund options are supported:
- 1) Refund to the original payment method
- 2) Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How soon will I get my refund?
- 1) Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
- 2) Please inspect your order upon recieving and if the item is defective, or damaged you will need to contact the manufacturer. All machines are covered under a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
